Definition: I or me or my refers to Laura Lian.

By using this website or ordering by telephone or in writing you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Orders

Payment is due in full on receipt of an order.

I do accept monthly payments to reserve an edition of a bronze sculpture.

All artwork remains my property until paid for in full.

Prices

The price will be agreed in email to your enquiry and will not change.

Delivery

I will endeavour to deliver at reasonable time for bronze orders.

I do oversee the quality of casting for bronzes and patina.

However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside my control RE: foundries and couriers. Any dates specified for delivery are therefore approximate only.

At delivery you will be required to sign for the delivery after which time the work becomes your sole responsibility.

Claims

If a work is damaged or faulty on arrival must contact me within 24 hours to organize a replacement or refund.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in and to the site and the works are my property and you agree not to copy, reproduce, transmit, distribute or create derivative works of any part of the site and the works for personal or commercial gain, nor assist any third party to distribute or commercially exploit all or any part of this site or the works.

All intellectual property rights of any work remain in my name unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing and it is explicitly forbidden to reproduce the images or original work of mine in any medium unless clearly agreed beforehand with a standard license contract available on request. This license can be revoked at any time due to breach of contract at my discretion. Any license is not exclusive and cannot be used to reproduce artwork on any other medium. Any authorised reproductions must contain credit to me.

Where digital images are involved you agree that the digital images cannot be modified without my prior consent and must contain credit to me.

In the normal course of browsing through the site, I agree to your printing or downloading to a stand alone personal computer, extracts for personal use provided that I am acknowledged as the source including a reference to this site. I may revoke this permission at any time.

Modification

I reserve the right to change these terms at any time.
