The Trust Suite was packed to the rafters at lunchtime on Sunday as a memorial plaque for Richard Butcher and Keith Alexander was unveiled. The memorial, the result of numerous fundraising efforts through the Richard Butcher Memorial Fund which was set up following the tragic death of the former City star last January, was officially unveiled by Richard's wife Sarah and Keith's wife Helen with family, friends and fans all present to remember two very special men that are sadly gone but will never be forgotten.

In summer of 2011 we decided to commision 2 Bronze wall relief memorials from Laura Lian. After a year of hard work from Laura our memorials arrived and all we could say was 'WOW'. They exceeded anything we could have imagined and also the attention to detail was superb.Her communication with our memorial fund was also excellent and kept us informed at all times on how our memorial was coming along!! Her willingness to help and get every little detail correct on the faces on our memorials and also meet our deadline is something we cannot thank her enough for!! If anyone was ever unsure on whether or not to commision something for themselves then all i would say is that you would not be disappointed and i will recommend her in the future to people!!
